Welcome to Prema Ayurveda. By booking a consultation, treatment, or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Ayurvedic Services
- Ayurveda is a traditional system of health and wellness. Treatments and advice are provided to support your wellbeing and are not a substitute for emergency or primary medical care.
- Always consult a medical doctor for serious or urgent health concerns.
2. Client Responsibilities
- You agree to provide accurate information about your health history, current medications, and lifestyle.
- You acknowledge that results may vary depending on your individual constitution and commitment to recommended treatments and lifestyle changes.
3. Bookings & Cancellations
- Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a fee.
4. Payments
- Payment can be made online prior to a treatment or consultation or is required at the time of consultation or treatment unless otherwise arranged.
- Accepted payment methods: Online payment via Prema Ayurveda’s Booking Link (a fee may apply), cash, card or bank transfer.
5. Privacy
Your personal information will be kept strictly confidential and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to provide safe and supportive care, Prema Ayurveda is not liable for any outcomes resulting from the misuse of information or failure to follow recommendations.
7. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page.
