sama doṣaḥ sama agniḥ ca sama dhātu mala kriyāḥ
prasanna ātmā indriya manaḥ svastha iti abhidhīyate
- Sushruta
“A person is considered healthy when the three doshas (Vata, Pitta, and Kapha) are in balance, the digestive fire (agni) is functioning properly, the body’s tissues (dhātus) and natural waste elimination (malas – stool, urine and sweat) are working efficiently, the mind (manas), senses (indriyas), and soul (ātmā) are all in a peaceful and pleasant state. This state is called svastha – being established in one’s true self.”

What they say about us
Brigitte took such great care to understand my needs and ensure I was comfortable throughout every step of the process. The Kati Basti provided incredible warmth and relief to my lower back, and the Kizhi Bolus released so much tension I didn’t even realise I was holding. Each visit left me feeling lighter, more balanced, and with less pain - I always walk out of her practice feeling better than when I walked in.
Thank you Brigitte!
This made a noticeable difference to my energy levels and overall wellbeing. After the Abhyanga treatment I received, I felt rejuvenated and balanced.
It was a calming and relaxing atmosphere.
Brigitte's deep knowledge of Ayurveda combined with a caring and personalised approach really made a difference to my health and wellbeing.
I highly recommend Prema Ayurveda to anyone looking for authentic and holistic Ayurvedic care.
